Trisara Resort Phuket is preparing to welcome wine enthusiasts for an intimate Silver Oak Wine Dinner on Friday, October 9, 2026, bringing acclaimed California wines together with a specially paired dinner in the resort’s atmospheric Wine Cellar.

A Journey Through the Duncan Family’s Wines
The dinner offers an opportunity to explore five wines representing different varieties and renowned California wine-growing regions. Silver Oak has built its reputation around Cabernet Sauvignon, while Twomey was established by the Duncan family to explore a broader range of varieties and styles.
The evening will begin with the 2023 Twomey Sauvignon Blanc from Napa County-Sonoma County, followed by the 2020 Twomey Pinot Noir from Anderson Valley.
Attention will then turn to three Silver Oak Cabernet Sauvignons: the 2020 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, followed by the 2016 and 2018 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons. Together, the selection gives diners an opportunity to experience distinctions between vintages and growing regions while learning more about the approach behind the wines.

The Silver Oak Wine Dinner will take place at The Wine Cellar at Trisara Resort Phuket from 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 9. The experience is priced at THB 5,500++ per person, including dinner with wine pairing.
