Centara Hotels & Resorts has secured the management rights for Cozy Phuket Patong Beach Hotel following the signing of a hotel management agreement with Setthasiri Asset Patong Co., Ltd., adding another Phuket property to the Thai hospitality group’s management portfolio.

Management Agreement Signed in Bangkok
The agreement was signed by Teerakiat Chirathivat, Vice President of Recruitment and Purchasing, and Kan Srisompong, Chief Financial Officer of Centara Hotels & Resorts, together with Niwat Sawatkaew, Chairman of the Board, and Piriya Thaniranon, Chief Executive Officer of Setthasiri Asset Patong Co., Ltd.
Supatra Chirathivat, Paiboon Hanvananont, and Pannalak Poolsawat witnessed the signing ceremony, which took place at Centara Grand at CentralWorld in Bangkok.
Under a hotel management agreement, an owner typically retains ownership of the property while appointing an established hospitality company to oversee hotel operations. Such arrangements can provide access to professional management systems, marketing expertise, distribution networks, and established operating standards.

Cozy Phuket Patong Beach Hotel is associated with the boutique property operating as The Cozy Beachfront Phuket on Muen-Ngern Road, an elevated coastal area southwest of central Patong.
